Crewe United announce new sponsorship deal with the Maldron Hotel

The club have been associated with the hotel for over 20 years and during that time have hosted some high profile events notably their 50th Anniversary Celebration in 2011 and a George Best Tribute night in February 2006.

This new sponsorship will see the Maldron name on the club’s kits and training gear and coincides with the launch of a new partnership between Crewe and kit suppliers, Balon Sportswear, Dublin.

Club President Denis Shephard said: “I speak for all our club committee and members when I say that it has been an absolute pleasure to be associated with the hotel where we have always been made so welcome and indeed made many friends with the very diligent and helpful staff.”

Acting Manager of the Maldron Mr Brian Treacy said: “Crewe United have had a long and successful association with the hotel and we are proud to announce this sponsorship today.

“I’m sure our relationship with the club will continue to prosper and the hotel will continue to be supportive in whatever way possible’.

Crewe have also been boosted by the support of local businesses: these include Fairstone NI, Chiquitos, OKT, Crash Services, Whelan Commercial, Cordovan Capital, Garage Door Systems, The Law Search Company and Mooney Matthews Accountants.
