Toddlers get into their stride for Barnardo's at Belfast Zoo

Toddlers and their families from Barnardo's Horizon SureStart in Carrickfergus turned out in force for the Big Toddle at Belfast Zoo.

Lynda Wilson, director Barnardo’s NI, said: “A massive thank you to everyone from Horizon SureStart who took part in this year’s Big Toddle. The money raised will go directly to our work with children and young people locally and really helps make a difference to their lives.

“This is Barnardo’s 150th anniversary and we’re hoping this year’s Big Toddle will the biggest and best yet.”

Based in Sunnylands Primary School, SureStart offers support for parents with young children (0-4 years) to help give them the best start in life and to prepare for school.
