Carrickfergus Road Safety poster competition winners

Budding young artists have been rewarded for helping to highlight the road safety message in Carrickfergus.

Winners in the Carrickfergus Road Safety Committee Poster Competition 2016 were presented with their prizes by the Mayor of Mid and East Antrim Borough, Councillor Billy Ashe.

The results were as follows: P1 and P2 - 1st Chace Meeke, 2nd Kenzie Elliot and 3rd William Arthur, all Sunnylands Primary School.

P3,P4 and P5 - 1st Joel Lindsay, 2nd Reece Patterson and 3rd Jamie-Leigh Thursby, all Sunnylands PS.

P6 and P7 - 1st Kylie Lyttle, Sunnylands PS; 2nd Joshua Jordan, Eden PS and 3rd Jessica Wilson, Sunnylands PS
