The Rocking Horse Nursery in Greenisland has poured hundreds into Northern Ireland Hospice by holding a ‘coffee-to-go’ morning.

The event, which raised £270.42, was just one of hundreds of coffee mornings which were held across the province in September.

Nursery manager Maggie Surgenor said: “Our ‘coffee-to-go’ morning has become an annual event and the parents and staff are always extremely kind in their donations. Everyone really enjoyed the yummy cupcakes and coffee and raising £270 on the day for Northern Ireland Hospice was the icing on the cake!”
