'Proud estate turned into a slum'

FROM:- Disgusted Kilwilke Veteran (name and address supplied).

I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate the so called republicans of Kilwilke in succeeding in turning a proud estate into a slum.

For over 30 years the people of this estate fought against discrimination by Council and Government, resisted the attempts by the British Army and the RUC to beat us into the ground.

Through it all we had an area I was proud to live in, now we have fallen into the hands of a dozen or so thugs who masquerade as republicans.

They have terrorised their neighbours, have burned taxis and delivery vans to the point where many firms will not come into the area and we are now on the brink of losing our postal services.

The local heroes are a fine bunch, one is a well known drug dealer with a fancy car and access to weapons and an amazing ability in avoiding jail. One is a recently convicted wife beater and one is Peter Pan who spends too much time with young children for it to be healthy or safe.

Their leaders are ferret face and a rat and the others are a mixture of drinkers, dealers and wasters.

But in fairness to them they have succeeded in ruining this estate something the entire might of the British Empire couldn’t do.

Well done to you all, your neighbours are disgusted with the lot of you.
