Jewellery stolen in Ellis Street burglary

Police in Larne are appealing for information following a burglary at a house at Ellis Street, in Carrick, on Wednesday March 1.

Detective Constable Rachel Gardiner said: “Sometime between 9.30am and 2.30pm, entry was gained to the house and two gold watches and a gold bracelet were taken.

“I am appealing for anyone who may have information about the incident to contact Larne PSNI Station on the non-emergency number 101 quoting reference number 602 01/03/2017.

“Or if someone would prefer to provide information without giving their details, they can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers and speak to them anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
