Five arrested in connection with Gilmore murder
Officers from the Serious Crime Branch have arrested five men this morning in connection with the murder of prominent loyalist George Gilmore.
Two properties in the Carrickfergus area have also been searched as part of this operation.
The men have been taken to Musgrave Police Station where they are helping police with their enquiries.
