Carrickfergus nursery staff at new planning play workshop

Staff from a Carrickfergus day nursery have taken part in an innovative workshop.

Minor Miracles representatives attended the Plan, Play, Observe session, run by Lisburn-based Blaris Training Solutions, part of Employers For Childcare.

The workshop demonstrated different techniques and strategies that childcare providers could use in planning play for children.

Observation templates were also provided that can be tailored to each daycare setting’s needs.
