SIR, I write on behalf of Epilepsy Action, Antrim branch. I am delighted to inform you that £536.71 was raised through a street collection in Carrickfergus on Saturday January 19, 2008.
Antrim Branch meets on the fourth Tuesday montly at 7.30pm in Antrim Civic Centre. Our aim is to raise awareness of epilepsy, to encourage communication and friendship.

We want to live in a society where everyone understands epilepsy and where attitudes are based on fact, not fiction.

Epilepsy Action provides information about coping with epilepsy and seizures. We have a freephone epilepsy helpline on 0808 800 5050 and website at www.epilepsy.org.uk.

Alison Brennan

Treasurer, Epilepsy Action Antrim Branch

Carrickfergus
