THE top dogs of the Town Hall are to blame if there is a whiff of an animal theme to this week's Fergus Files.
Discussions on re-homing four-legged friends tickled the funny bone at a recent Antrim Street session with soundbites ranging from the "tail wagging the dog" to "paws" for effect.
The gnawing thought is of another opportunity for shaggy dog stories in six months time.
